HOW?

We are running a 6 week training programme to educate parents and children on such matters as healthy eating; Healthy cooking; Exercise; relaxation techniques; Recycling advice and Health & safety advice in the home

And various other subjects that will help you to become healthier and more friendly to the environment. At the end of the 6 week programme we will celebrate the success with a 3 day residential for the whole family which will include accommodation, meals and various activities around what you have learnt.
